PERFORMANCE OF ITS PROCESSES. IN THE
SAME WAY, COMMITING TO THE
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR
SERVICES, PROCESSES, PERFORMANCE RESULTS
AND THE EFFICIENCY OF THE QUALITY
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
3. EFFICIENCY AND RELIABILITY
ACTING EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY
THROUGH PLANNING, APPROPRIATE
RESOURCES, PERSONNEL QUALIFICATION
AND SPECIALIZED TRAINING TO PROVIDE THE
RELIABILITY REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT IN
PERFORMING ITS SERVICES AND PRODUCT SUPPLIES.
